On the thirty-third day after the calamity, when the tower took the village into the sky, Roland and his band of faithful men went down, at the behest of a long-dead ghost, to slay the monsters of Oakmore, and save her beautiful daughter Nynath, and her daughter, Ingrid, from the dark magic of that place.
